Newly Acquired Padre Mike Clevinger Shuts Out Giants in Game One of Two 7-inning Double-Header Games

The Padres brought out their big acquisition at the trade deadline, Mike Clevinger, and he shut down the G-men as requested. Jhonny Cueto gave up two earned runs in the second and third and the Padres added two more and won 6-0.

They are just so much better than us right now. Kevin Gausman was scratched for the evening game and so now Logan Webb will take the mound. If we can get three innings from him without giving up a crooked number I will be happy.

Let’s Go Giants!

Beat the Pads!

Win the game!!!!!!
