This was a tricky win. Against what I consider better judgement, Gabe Kapler stuck with Alex Wood into the sixth and seventh. He delivered the sixth shakily, and left with two out but two on and none in charged to him, and the Giants in a precarious spot, but ended up with his fifth straight decision.
Tommy LaStella continues to be silk since joining the staff after an extended time on the injured reserve. He had three hits and drove in two runs in the win.
The Man, La Monte Wade Jr., made a laserbeam defensive play to throw out a runner at the plate in the seventh to maintain the win.
Tyler Rogers had a shut em down eighth and Jake McGee had a bounce-back ninth to get the save.
Way to Giants! Way to Win the Series! (3 -1)

The Giants are (76-42) and in first place in the NL West by four games.
