The season ends with a whimper and not a bang as the Giants lose again to fall to 1 – 4 on the final road trip of the year, with two left to play in Chavez Ravine.
The Giants fall to (76-78) and with eight games to play are all but mathematically eliminated from post season play. We will likely end 4th in the NL West for the second year in a row, a dismal state.
Sigh
I don’t have much to say.
It’s an ongoing disappointment.
